DELIVERY and membership POLICY

  1. Once any subscription has been purchased, your My Healthcare Rewards membership will activate as soon as your payment has been confirmed and accepted.
  2. My Healthcare Rewards is not involved in the shipping and delivery of products purchased from brands and designers.  Please view delivery, shipping and policy details on the brand and designers’ own webpages.
  3. Once a product is purchased from brands and designers, it is the brand and designers’ responsibility for processing payments, the security of personal details, stocking issues, shipping and delivery and not My Healthcare Rewards. You should contact the brands and designers personally if goods fail to deliver.
  4. My Healthcare Rewards reserves the right to take down and change any promotions at any time without warning.  We will do our best to try to notify you of changes in advance.
  5. My Healthcare Rewards reserves the right to remove any user found to be abusing the discount codes provided, and ban them from the website without a refund in membership fee.  This can be conducted without consent of the member.
  6. Registered members are responsible for the safe-keeping of user names and passwords and must make sure that they take all necessary steps not to disclose information to unauthorised users.  My Healthcare Rewards reserves the right to ask any of its members to change their password at any point it deems necessary to protect the account.
  7. Should an offer not work and not provide a discount, it is up to the member to contact My Healthcare Rewards to notify and report this. If a member continues with their purchase without the discount, then the member has authorised the transaction with no discount and it will be down to the brands and designers’ discretion as to whether they provide a refund on the discount amount.
  8. My Healthcare Rewards displays links and codes for companies wanting to offer a discounts to My Healthcare Rewards’ members.  All information and offers on My Healthcare Rewards is provided directly by the company themselves and, therefore, My Healthcare Rewards cannot be held responsible for any errors.  This includes if an offer is not working, a link is out of date or the company text incorrect.
  9. My Healthcare Rewards has a duty to protect your email, contact information, payment and banking information.  No information will be passed onto any third person companies.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

  1. Cancellation of your membership can be done through emailing My Healthcare Rewards.
  2. My Healthcare Rewards reveals discount codes to a variety of brands and designers once a membership has been purchased. Refunds of membership fees will not be given in the event of the member being unhappy with the brands and designers provided as this information can be viewed before purchasing a membership.
  3. If there are any issues of any sort in regards to memberships please contact My Healthcare Rewards email within 48 hours of your membership being activated.  Changes to memberships costs and duration are at the discretion on My Healthcare Rewards team.
  4. My Healthcare Rewards holds no responsibility for any returns or refunds for products bought from the brands and designers.  Please see the companies’ webpage for terms, conditions and policies.
